Forgotten your password?
For Presenter and Station Manager accounts, another authorised manager or Administrator can set a temporary password from Management → Presenters & Access. An Administrator account can be reset there by another Administrator.
Only Administrator locked out?
Use RESET_ADMIN_PASSWORD.bat on the computer/server that hosts the Halton Sound Dashboard. It requires direct machine access, resets only an Administrator account and forces a new password at the next sign-in.
Email reset links are not enabled yet because Dashboard email addresses are not currently verified and no station mail-delivery service has been configured.
